Purchase data

When you purchase through our store (powered by FastSpring), the following information is collected and processed:

Billing address and country
Payment details (processed by FastSpring — we never see or store your card details)
Order reference and transaction ID

Activation data

When you activate your licence, our licence server records:

Your email address
Your licence key
The date and time of activation
Your IP address (used for rate limiting and fraud prevention only)

Website data

We do not use analytics tracking, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking scripts on this website. Standard web server logs may record IP addresses and page requests for security and operational purposes.

3. How we use your data

We use the information we collect to:

Process and fulfil your purchase
Deliver your licence key and installer by email
Validate your licence when you activate the plugin
Respond to support requests
Prevent fraud and abuse of our licence system

We share data only with the following parties, and only to the extent necessary:

Hetzner — our licence server host. Activation requests are processed on a server hosted in the European Union.

We do not share your data with advertising networks, data brokers, or any other third parties.

5. Data retention

Purchase records are retained for as long as your licence is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and support purposes. Activation logs are retained for fraud prevention. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@fonocal.com.
