If you are not satisfied with Fonocal Low-End Control for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

1. Our guarantee

We stand behind our software. If Fonocal Low-End Control does not work for you — for any reason — you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.

We do not require you to explain why you want a refund. We do not charge any processing fees. The full purchase amount will be returned to your original payment method.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

Refund requests made after 30 days of purchase are not eligible, except in cases of technical failure that we are unable to resolve.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@fonocal.com with the subject line "Refund Request".

Include the email address you used at purchase and your FastSpring order reference (found in your confirmation email).

We will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Upon refund, your licence key will be deactivated and the software should be removed from your system.

4. Technical issues

If you are experiencing technical problems with the plugin, please contact us at support@fonocal.com before requesting a refund. We are happy to help troubleshoot compatibility issues with your DAW or system. If we are unable to resolve the issue, a full refund will be issued regardless of the 30-day window.

5. Refund processing

Refunds are processed through FastSpring, our payment provider. The time for a refund to appear on your statement depends on your payment method and bank, typically 5–10 business days after we initiate it.
