By purchasing or using Fonocal Low-End Control, you agree to these terms. Please read them before completing your purchase.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Fonocal ("Licensor") for the use of Fonocal Low-End Control and any associated documentation (the "Software"). By installing, activating, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable licence fee, Fonocal grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to:

The Software requires an internet connection for initial activation. After activation, an internet connection is not required for normal use. Your activation is stored locally on your computer. Fonocal reserves the right to deactivate licences that have been fraudulently obtained or that are in violation of these Terms.
Your licence includes all future updates to the Software for the version purchased. Fonocal may release updates at its sole discretion. Updates are provided as-is and Fonocal does not guarantee that updates will be compatible with all systems or DAWs.
The Software is owned by Fonocal and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your licence does not transfer any ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Fonocal.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Fonocal does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems and DAWs. You use the Software at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fonocal disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fonocal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Software, even if Fonocal has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Fonocal's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases.
This licence is effective until terminated. Your licence terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession. Fonocal reserves the right to deactivate your licence key upon termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the courts of competent jurisdiction.
Fonocal may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last updated.
