If you are not satisfied with your Fonocal plugin for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.

How to request a refund

Email support@fonocal.com with the subject line “Refund Request”. Include the email address used at purchase and your order reference.

Processing

We aim to respond to all support and refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are processed through FastSpring, our payment provider. Upon refund, your licence key will be deactivated.
