Licence grant

Subject to these terms and payment of the applicable licence fee, Fonocal grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to install and use the software on computers you own or control, and to use it in personal and commercial music production projects.

Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, share your licence key, bypass licence protection, or use the software to develop a competing product.

Activation

The software requires an internet connection for initial activation. After activation, an internet connection is not required for normal use.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
